  போர் வந்தால் தம் உயிரைவிட அஞ்சாது அதன் மேற்செல்லும் வீரர், தமது அரசன் அது வேண்டாமென்று சினந்தாலும் அவ்வீரமிகுதியில் குன்றார்.

  The king’s reproof damps not the ardour of their eager souls.
