  அருள் இல்லாதவராய்க் கொடுமைகளைச் செய்து வாழ்பவர், உறுதிப் பொருளைவிட்டுத் தமக்கு வரும் துன்பத்தையும் மறந்தவராவர்.

  Gain of true wealth oblivious they eschew,
  Who ‘grace’ forsake, and graceless actions do.
• Meaning
  (The wise) say that those who neglect kindness and practise cruelties, neglected virtue (in their former birth), and forgot (the sorrows which they must suffer.)
